SCREENING OF THE THEATRE PLAY "THE BOAT" AND DISCUSSION WITH ITS DIRECTOR AND ONE OF ITS ACTRESSES

The play “The Boat” talks, with no words, about the journey that refugees have to make to get to Europe.

October 25th, at 19:00, in Oñati, in Kultur Etxea. (!! Due to the strike, it will be held in Eltzia, 3rd floor)

CHALLENGES OF THE ASYLUM PROCESS IN THE MAIN EUROPEAN HOST COUNTRIES: ORIGINS AND RESPONSES

This research work analyzes the migratory realities of the main European host countries, i.e. Germany and France, at first hand and from a gender and a global perspective. Through personal interviews carried out with asylum seekers, refugees and migrants, it makes visibles the challenges that they have to face in these countries and introduces the reality of the countries of origin and the activisms and projects that are created in response to the challenges. This work has been carried out with the co-fundig of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.

 

VOICES OF AFGHAN WOMEN IN EXILE

We introduce four videos by Afghan women who live in Germany, which is the main host country in Europe. This work has been carried out with the co-funding of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.

AT FIRST HAND

This is an open space to share the stories of refugees and migrants, told at first hand. The objective is to get to know the realities that are faced by them.

 

THE MIGRATORY REALITIES IN GREECE

With the aim of getting to know and making visible the migratory realities in Greece at first hand and from a gender perspective, we have carried on a research work with the co-finantiation of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council. The results of this research work, which has been done on February and March of 2022, are collected and published in a magazine.
